IAMKonki iOS APP REVIEW
The main reason anyone would even think about downloading an application is for its features. What benefits does IAMKonki bring to your iPhone aside from the kooky name? The features are the reason why IAMKonki stands out from the hundreds of thousands of Apps residing within Apples App store.
This is what makes the App unique to each individual person. My world consists of Bolt Ons that interest you. At the moment you have Horoscopes, Weather and a calendar to set all your social events. However, There are even more on the way with 100’s of Bolt-On’s (in-app purchases) on the horizon, you can build your Konki as you please to give you the information you really want (Cinema Listings, Stocks & Shares, Recipes, etc).
NEWS
How many apps are in the App store primarily aimed at news? Loads. I've seen people with BBC news, Sky News and more on one iPhone but seriously, one news avenue is enough and that's exactly what IAMKonki provides. With 10 segments of news topics, you're covered for pretty much everything. This saves you from having to use specific apps for each type of news.
This is just a no brainer but still one of the biggest features of the App. It will use the GPS on the phone to locate where you are and offer money off voucher codes at various shops and restaurants close to you. It even tells you how far the shop or restaurant is from your location. Not many apps can claim to save you money on a daily basis but IAMKonki really can.
KONKI ROCKS
Konki Rocks works similarly to the Genius feature on iTunes. It scans your music library on your phone and suggests music you might like. Give it a try, you might surprise yourself!
The App works brilliantly. Navigation is buttery smooth and I never experienced any slow down or lag. When you select any sort of news, the information appears quickly and when your looking at data intensive features such as the Konki Codes, the App performs the tasks without a glitch. On top of that, IAMKonki is designed beautifully and stands apart from your typical boring news or entertainment app. With bright colours to highlight your options and slick menus, its also lovely to look at as well as use. IAMKonki also supports push notifications which will remind you when a calendar event has started and when new Konki Codes are available. Its an all round wonderful App.
You can really tell that a lot of work has gone into IAMKonki to make it stand apart from the crowd and the fact that it reached number 43 on the entertainment apps chart within a few days of release is testament to that. The App has been created to tailor to individuals. After using it for a while, it will become the go to app which in turn replaces multiple apps you might have used before. Its all about making your life easier and that's one aspect we love. There really aren't many British companies that can achieve what IAMKonki has achieved and by that I mean an Application that is a "must download" for every iPhone user. Here's hoping we see an iPad and Android version so even more people can experience the Konki magic.

Why would I want news from this app rather than a reputable organisation such as the BBC? Looks a waste of time tbh
